Since we want our customers to get their items as soon as possible; the orders placed before noon are usually processed within 24-48 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after the order is processed.


Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, you may not cancel or change your order.


If you have purchased an incorrect product, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service and return the items to us to obtain a refund. Please note that once the item is shipped out we do not refund shipping cost.


For all online orders:  if you see any price drop on our website for a product you have purchased, you can contact us within the 7 days following your order and we will arrange a refund to your store credit of the difference. Please note, if the price difference lowers your subtotal bellow the minimum required for free delivery, shipping charges will be applied. Exceptions; clearance items & special coupon events.


Please check your order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service so that the order may be updated and changed accordingly. If the problem is not fixed in time and the order is shipped out, customers will be responsible for the cost of resending the order.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for non defective returns.
