For the following original printing supplies:
- Ink cartridges
- Toner cartridges
- Drum units (and other drum-like products such as imaging units)
We currently carry a 30-day warranty on these supplies if they are defective. If they are not defective, they may be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase after a seal verification issued by our customer service. For all original printing supplies, do make sure to keep all the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other parts that came with the item, in case it becomes defective.
If you have a defective original printing supply purchased from us, you may contact our customer service with the details, how it's being defective, the printer model of your printer, and its serial number. From there, our team will assist you while looking into a solution and, if there is no solution, the return of the product (if returned, all the original packaging, accessories, manuals and any other parts that came with the item will be required back as well).
