Once an order is placed, the S-Points linked to this order will appear as "Awaiting process" on your account, as shown below. "Awaiting process" points will process once the order has fully shipped and, once that is done, the red "Awaiting process" message will disappear.
I just placed an order, when will by new S-Points show on my account?
