Please note that to cancel your order online, it must still be possible to cancel it. Once your order starts being processed by our warehouse, this option will no longer be available. Also, please note that once an order is being processed by our warehouse, it's not possible for our customer service to hold/cancel/modify the order either.

How to cancel online:

1) Once you've placed your order on our website, on the successful order placement page, you'll have the option to cancel it as shown below:

2) In your account, under your Order History/Status, you will see the option "Cancel Order" .

Please note that once you've cancelled your order, it will take within 1-2 business days to process the refund. Once refunded, you'll receive an email notification and the information will be updated in your order's details.
