In the instance you've received an item that's not what you've ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify your order's invoice, as to verify if it was an item wrongly ordered or not.
  2. Take a picture of the item(s) you've received next to the packing slip and next to the package's box. Informations on the packing slip and on the box must be clearly seen in the picture, so they can be read.
  3. Email the picture to our customer service as an attachement. Please make sure to send the file as a PDF, PNG or JPEG format so that our agents can open and view the file upon receipt. Upon receiving the picture, our customer service will verify the contents through the picture with your packing slip and shipment box with our warehouse and will get back to you as soon as they confirm the results and the returning procedure.
