If you've received an email informing that your order's been cancelled due to your credit card / billing information, it's unfortunately because your order failed one of our additional security verification, which we do to avoid fraudulent orders. Such orders which have been cancelled will be automatically voided / reimbursed, therefore if you wish to correct the order, it would be required that you place a new one.

For such orders, please make sure that your billing address is a perfect match to the address of your credit card. This includes all the parts of the address:

  • Civic number
  • Street name
  • Apartment/unit number (if any)
  • City
  • Province
  • Postal Code
